Peter Saville, a prominent British graphic designer, has left an indelible mark on fashion by creating iconic logos for renowned brands. Notably, he played a key role in Burberry's new brand identity under Riccardo Tisci and has collaborated with prestigious fashion houses like Jil Sander, John Galliano, Christian Dior, and Stella McCartney. Saville's foray into fashion began in the 1980s at Paris Fashion Week, collaborating with Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto. His partnership with John Galliano at Dior in 1990 marked the start of visually striking campaigns, captured by photographer Nick Knight. This collaboration evolved into the influential art and fashion platform Showstudio. Over the years, Saville has redesigned logos for Givenchy, collaborated with designers such as Raf Simons and Paco Rabanne, and received commissions to revamp notable logos, including Calvin Klein in 2016, Burberry in 2018, and Lacoste for its 80th anniversary.
